1. Conflict Minerals Management

We have established a full-chain due diligence system covering tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold (3TG), complying strictly with guidelines for responsible mineral supply chains. All suppliers are required to provide documentation proving mineral origins, guaranteeing our supply chain does not fund armed conflicts or violate human rights.
We conduct regular special audits of suppliers regarding conflict minerals. Non-compliant suppliers are ordered to rectify issues within a specified timeframe; those failing rectification will be phased out to standardize the sustainable development of the supply chain.

2. Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER)

We deeply integrate the CSER philosophy into our business model and operational decision-making. Going beyond traditional charity, we strive to deliver triple bottom line value: economic, social and environmental.
We fully protect employees’ legitimate rights and interests by providing a safe, healthy workplace, fair compensation and benefits, and comprehensive career development paths to empower employee growth. We actively engage in community construction and undertake social responsibilities through diversified public welfare initiatives such as educational support and poverty alleviation.
Adhering to a consumer-first mindset, we consistently deliver safe, high-quality products and professional services. Meanwhile, we mandate all suppliers to strictly uphold international human rights and labor standards, prohibiting child labor and forced labor in all links, and fully safeguarding employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, so as to jointly foster standardized, fair and harmonious labor relations across the industrial chain.

3. Authoritative Certifications

We have obtained authoritative certifications including WCA and FCCA, which fully demonstrate that our enterprise has reached advanced domestic standards in workplace environment, labor rights protection, occupational health and safety, and standardized management systems.
We actively drive all core suppliers to obtain equivalent high-level certifications within the specified timeline, continuously optimizing the supply chain management system and elevating the overall social responsibility performance of the entire industrial chain.
